Not bad bromigo. Certainly not a rush job, and the American color scheme looks pretty neat. Merica!(I know its America, but I wanted to spell it this way lol)

Could also be France, Great Britain, and a number of other countries with red, white, and blue on the flag.
(Btw, I have a close friend up in Canada, Delta. I really like Canada. )

Here I have updated the trooper, basically I just made the blue and red colors darker. I added a "62" emblem on the belt for my 62nd Elite Corps

Is that windows vista, win7 or 8 doing that to the model causing it to mis-place add-on?

So I've been out of the scene because of work (sorry) and other things in life, should I just give you the map sources and tell you what I had in mind for layout (by providing a screenshot)?
7th Elites there are kicking butt by the way! Nice work! Also those gliders look awesome. Are they inspired by a mixture of the MQ-1 Predator drone (pointing upward instead of downward) and the WWII gliders? I take it some of these gliders will be able to provide some recon vehicles to the field? The 514th needs more recon elements. Need a speeder based on this as well: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeep Even though the 514th is pushing from Point High Hym, we will have times where we require our troops to jump in even further ahead. We are pathfinders after all!

Work takes up the time. Understandable. Umm...whats all done on that map Commander? That jeep would be a nice touch. S starwars version.
Here's the 74th and 99th airborne during there miss drops. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I made the coast line (and the cliff wall) and placed temporary 120mm guns for now (the number will be decided later I guess). I basically modeled the layout in ZE and placed the water.
Nice screens by the way. Is there a list of all the legions that got miss dropped?

So far, I recently added the 74th airborne in the mix to capture and hold a bridge till the 1st Infantry arrive to cross the bridge after landing at mame beach.
Thought the 74th airborne been missed dropped 8 miles off target. The 99th airborne who also been missed dropped in the same area as the 74th airborne are also encounter. The 99th must capture a town and hold it till the 1st rangers arrive who land at Rydis beach.
as for the others, its a WIP. So if ya have something for the board, by all means lets put it into action to help progress the story.
Mean time, I based this map off MOH: Rough landing. The 7th elites are task with taking out medium armor in the area and rescue any miss dropped airborne.

Sweet. I'd say the town is a good place to setup a base of operations and would serve as one of many bases in the entire Republic network once the lines have been established.

Here's the TOR. Not sure if these guys will ever make an appearance in DD. Unless Commander Revan sums something up lol. Like DD troopers, they have a variety of gear.

Maybe we can make a DD spinoff series about the Great Galactic War?
Designated Days: Secrets of the Old Republic? Perhaps there's a secret military order that has been with the Republic for several millenia that originated well before the Jedi Civil War. If you'd like a connection at all, that is. And perhaps some armor and vehicle schematics are archived secretly until one battle near the end of the Clone Wars almost 4,000 years later? Nice trooper, by the way.

Actually I like the idea of a 3rd series of DD. DD:TOR (Designated Days: The Old Republic). That would be awesome. Deviss has been working on models steady and actively. So we got 2 models guys, an idealist lol. I a map and scripter. Hope some of the other team can re-join us.

Just bought Blitzkrieg 2 Anthology (to go along side my Blitz 1 anthology). I'm gonna play it for more ideas regarding possible chapters and play several games spanning multiple eras of warfare. I guess you could say it's research.

I realize you made a Marder-I type vehicle for the militia, but here's a much better reference for you:

I can whip up that exact model, then add some new parts to make it differ from the ww2 version.
