My sides are making my map crash to desktop...

So I am following the tutorial "BF2 Jedi Creation" supplied with the mod tools.
I was working on making my own side "JDI"
I added the "jdi_demojedi" character to my map because I thought he was cool.
But I also added my own character to the JDI side "jdi_jojomasta."
I finish it, and munge it, and then run the level in-game.
What happens is it crashes to desktop right as it loads the last red circle.
I know that the sides are causing this because if I remove them it works.
However, it would be cool if my sides could be in my game.
If you want to download my side:
Go to 4shared and search/find JoJo.
Get JDI.rar from there.
So I will show exactly what is in my JDI side.
Hopefully someone can help! That would be awesome!

So...this is my JDI folder:

Starting with the "effects" folder.

That is all for the effects folder. It is what was in the jdi_demojedi tutorial.

Now for the "msh" folder.

That is all for the msh folder. It has the jdi_demojedi textures and models along with my edited textures and models. e.i. jdi_jojomasta.

And now the "munged" folder.

Okay. So the obiwan animations are for my jdi_jojomasta character. And the tat_luke animations are for the jdi_demojedi.

So now on to the "odf folder.

Sooo..now on to the "req" folder.

I trust you have all references to the files in those folders typed correctly in your REQ and LUA files. Battlefront 1/2/Zero Engine games tend to be picky about text. I'm a little rusty, but I can take a look through everything if you'd like. I don't know when I'll be able to get back to you about it. I'm sure someone will beat me to the punch.

Can you post your maps .lua file.

Can you post your jedis odf files? I want to see whats inside them. (I'm too lazy to go over there and search for the side file unless you provide me a link to your side)

Also its best to add an entire munged folder to your side to save a hassle of finding proper animations.

Sorry still cant download it due to it taking me to other sites asking to install downloaders or sign in with other accounts to download the file.

You should use media fire up host files.

The model jdi_jojomasta needs a skin named jed_inf_sith01 to appear properly ingame. If you rename the skin to something else, then it wont show up ingame.

Same for jdi_jojomasta_cape. It needs the following skins

rep_inf_ep3anakin
rep_inf_ep3obiwan
rep_inf_ep3cloakedanakin

Okay so thanks you very much Icemember for all your help!

But I have done everything right (I think at least) and have munged and started it...
...yet it still crashed Crying or Very sad

Also the only mode i can run is hero assault.
but the terrain is off by a little so it looks really bad!
but it does not look like that in zero editor so...
also my sides aren't there either...
and the deathregion i placed doesn't work as well so...
Please Help!

your TRP side is missing odf files requested by your classes.

trp_trooper.odf file is requesting rep_inf_default_rifleman

trp_heavytrooper.odf needs rep_inf_default_rocketeer

trp_engineer.odf needs rep_inf_default_engineer

trp_sniper.odf needs rep_inf_default_sniper

trp_jettrooper.odf needs rep_inf_default_jettrooper

Maybe you should go back to your sides and make sure all files needed by your odf's are in your sides proper folders. (msh, odf)
Go through your class odf files and add the files its needs.

Do the same for your weapon.odf's, add all the files they are asking for.

Also you need to copy and paste the commons folder to your sides folder.
So you should have tur, trp, jdi, and common in your maps sides folder.

Have you tried using the blend tool in the heights section in zero editor?

Yes I have. But the problem is if you open the HTH.wld file in zero editor it all looks fine.
When I play the game though. . .it all looks off as in the pictures.

So idk what to do.

Okay. So I also just realized that my Sides aren't even being made into .lvl files after I munge.
(ex. jdi.lvl, and trp.lvl)

So I think, as it sounds, there is something wrong with my munging. right?

Why is this?
