I didnt give credit to me, themod is called elite squadron mod and with common sense you can see that,the download name is Devsfinal mod bro. I just like batttlefront2 and i guess i did come on a little to hard. Look, I can tell your young and you really are doing things the wrong way. If I were to pm Dev about this, you bet a lot of people would be mad. Its not right to slap a different name on it and call it something new.

No, the Mod is called Dev's Side mod and you slapped "Elite Squadron" as the title. I looked at the base files, they were made in 2010 just like Dev did them. How do I know? Well for starters I looked into data files and found it was made in 2010 like dev's was, also the exact same link found here

The download files are the exact same, in short you tried to steal his work. Also its not grey here, your trying to get people from here to move to your hot mess of a website. Do yourself a big favor, delete that post and those few videos made referring this as your mod or ill see that Dev and the filefront community see this and then there will be some problems.

I am stale because you attempted to get views by calling Dev's Mod "Renegade Squadron" to get views and to mislead people into thinking it was a new mod. If you wanted to help him, you are doing it the wrong way. You need to rename your video's and the link on your website as "Dev's Side Mod 5.0".

Also, a new era icon, name, and menu scheme isn't enough proof to show that it's, in-fact, your own mod. We need screenshots, credits lists, and if it isn't too much trouble, video, but the first two at least would be nice. We wouldn't be so critical and 'stale' as you so put it if it hadn't initially appeared that you slapped your own 'mod name' over Dev's Side Mod.

wow you my friend aren't making any sense again. Please tell me how this picture proves anything? First off kiddo he put different sides in there. That doesn't mean you call a 2 year old mode new(something you can't seem to get through your huge ego). Look kid if you want to be taken seriousness, you have to spell correctly or at least make an attempt not mess up every time you post something (At this moment its very hard even try) . The only reason we were being 'critical' was all the manners (or lack thereof) and how you worded things. The way you word things on the Internet can be taken many different ways and it will give the wrong impression of you if most people consider it all rude and disrespectful, and they'd be less willing to actually be receptive of things that you say. I know this from experience, believe me or not. I've had some pretty bad arguments at trying to defend what I have said in the past, but perhaps we can help you out with that if you're willing to learn.

We never acted like we knew 'every single little thing about this mod'. This is what we want to find out, the details. Right now the way you presented everything is as if a new name was slapped over an existing mod. That is NOT good mod publicity. Presentation is key.

There's a few things to list off to help with presentations.

Spelling (people can't read your posts properly if you can't spell at all. Typos are generally forgiven because even I have tohse. Oh woops. Typo. Meant to say, "Those".)
Grammar (this is less of an issue, because of course not everyone has perfect grammar, but people don't like reading runon sentences with no punctuation at all. Believe me. It will go a long way to help.)
Honor (you need to be honorable and truthful, give credit where credit is due, tell us who's assets you are using, and obviously don't 'rename' mods)
Respect (Never, ever, ever, ever tell anyone that their stuff is crap, promote your own stuff saying yours is ten times better, and offer no respectful reasonings as to why their stuff is crap. You've gotta be like, "That's cool, but there's something about this sort of thing I don't like because of this and that. Maybe you can improve it by implementing this and adjusting that?")

Now, this argument is over. If you guys wish to continue this discussion, please do it elsewhere. I am going to talk to Lephenix about this whole thing.
