For Imperial Days, I will be working on a specific and classic story arc.

I'm going to utilize stuff from the original Dark Forces. I will need some help with models, because my computer still hates Vegas, but maybe I'll try some things in Blender later, but I think I'll need help for the most part. I am going to list the maps here:

The twist here is that you'd be playing as DD specific legions for these maps against the Rebellion. The two sides would include elite units designed for precision operations against each other.

We would have our DD quality troopers going up against each other in massive CQB firefights, so a lot of carbines, heavy repeating blasters (Imperial Repeater Rifle), support blasters, grenade & mortar launchers (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Packered_mortar_gun), SMG blasters, shotguns, assault cannon (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Assault_cannon/Legends) and pistols (classic Rebel and Imperial blasters). Explosives would be sequencer charges (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Sequencer_charge) and mines (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/I.M._mine).

We wouldn't be re-imagining Dark Forces, but making it part of our Imperial stories involving our Commanders, who have been posted in positions on these planets during these missions. They wouldn't have come in contact with the heroes, but the agents that the Rebels sent in advance... the stories the player wouldn't have known of as they played as Kyle Katarn through the game. It's a sort of, "If our legions were involved in Operation: Skyhook, or the Mission To Anteevy... what would they have been doing? Would they have secured the area before Katarn got there? Or would they have come to clean up the mess Kyle left behind and deal with scavengers, mercs, bounty hunters, or Rebel groups that have come to investigate the carnage that took place hours just before?" I think it would be really cool and nostalgic too for old players of Dark Forces '95. What do you think?
