Does anyone have the asset for anything like that? I know I've seen some mods with people using them.
The only thing I want to change would be the use of the SE-14 blaster pistols instead of the DC-15s.

Dual SE-14 Blaster Pistols
Deflector Sheild (without the bubble, just the effect)
Thermal Detonators

Do you guys think that would be balanced? Or a bit overpowered?

Depends on how you set up the double pistols and how much shield you give it.
