Awesome! Glad you made this, actually. Any plans for the Royal Guard TIE Interceptor, sometime? And of course, the other TIE Experimental crafts? I know you said at one point that you were making all of them. The TIE Aggressor would also be ideal to have. One of my maps for this series that I have planned is going to be epic.

I'm going to be basing it off of the Battle of Ia Drang Valley, with Imperial Gunships (I would actually like it if, instead of LAAT/i's, we could have these: http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/starwars/images/7/72/Imperial_dropship_transport.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20120228045005 ) landing in a line, dropping off Stormtroopers, who then break up into platoons to search the surrounding jungles for radical Rebel Alliance troopers.

Eventually the Royal Guard TIE will makes its appearance. Yes All Experimental series will be arriving. Designated Days will host as many vehicles as it can. Even the rare ones like the TIE Vampire lol. Also exclusive DD variants. As for the ship, get me nice detailed ref.

Here's the TIE Lander. I didnt like having to pilot the Shuttle into a rebel hanger lol.
So I went and looked for what else imperials used for landing craft. Thus I found the
imperial TIE Lander. A TIE bomber with modified wings and a newly attached pod to land
a company sized of troopers. Here it is operational ingame.

It has only 1 blaster to protect its self. So avoid combat and fly right to the rebel hangers or
where ever you prefer a mobile CP lol.

Aww How I wanted to fly one of these for years since Rogue squadron. Today the dream was
realized hahaha!!
They say the Droid has a cross instead of a octagon for its window with an AI brain that flys itself programed to shoot down rebels. While the Drone has a normal octagon fitted with flight controls where a pilot can sit back in a star destroyer and control it from there. So this one must be the TIE Drone hahaha.

Awesome progress, Commander!

It's about time we see the TIE/D in-game! Now we just need a Rebel V-Wing and we can have the Battle of Mon Calamari. Also World Devastators and some small islands with Mon Calamari buildings.

Plans for Aggressor and Oppressor soon? Also, I'm sure you'll be doing the TIE Exp. Mk 3 (TIE Interceptor with rocket pods on the sides) and I would love to see a proper Royal Guard TIE Interceptor. You're doing great with all these TIE variants. It's really convenient that you can keep using the stock TIE textures too.

I pulled out Rogue Squadron 3d and played few missions yesterday. As I was looking at map designs in RS3D, it is possible to build the maps in SWBF2 as they are in RS3D. Possible even script them the same.

The TIE oppressor and TIE Aggressor are on list of TIE variants coming. I have plans for the TIE hunter next when I get home tomorrow. Yes I am using the Tie fighter skin. Thought I have modified the texture to all TIEs according. The TIE royal and other experimentals are on there way as well.

The Hunter has arrived. Here it is! There were multiple versions of this variant. I went using the
blurry images from Rebel Strike. They helped out good. Was able to get the detail. But on the bright
side, I borrow my cusins gamecube and rebel strike to further the detail. Will play it tonight lol.

Meantime heres the shots of it. Wasnt clear on where the torps shot from, so made it shot from the right arm of the dark area. Didnt know how to add blue ions except for blue lazers lol. What Variant will be next?

I introduce the V-wing Airspeeder. Just had to make it after playing RS3D. It is fully
operational. Fires its twin red blasters and its cluster of missiles. I figure the Alliance is
turn to get something. This was built from scratch.

And today! We got the TIE AGGRESSOR making an appearance from SWG to SWBF2.
Welcome aboard to DD. It is operational. However I have the turret disabled for now till
I find out how to make it fire properly from the correct side. When firing, it will face forward
automatically and go into a non stop cycle spin lol. It can be fixed. Like the ATTE has
backwards turrets. Just need to know how. I may have an idea. But anyway enjoy the
screenshots.
