I was wondering how to create my own tool tips, the ones that appear when the screen is loading.

I looked around but I can't find anything about it.

Well, you can create a loading screen and type any tool tips on to your loading screen.

There is a script laying around where you can have random loading screens pop up everytime you load a stage.

I'll dig around.
