I've been experimenting with the process for a few days now and I still cannot figure out why the props don't show up in zero editor. They show up black, only using the msh files. How can I fix this? What changes should I be making to bring the BF1 Maps to BF2 standards?

(When I use SWBFViewer.exe all the props show up with their proper skins)

You just have to save,exit,and then it will have the tgas.

Yup. Great

The textures will show up after you save,quit,and open it again.
